Each 55’L x 15’W x 14’H unit provides enough room to open doors and expand slide-outs, giving you full access to your coach. Insulated roofs, walls, and doors provide excellent protection from the elements.

Each storage unit includes:

  • 14’H x 13’W sectional door opening for maximum access
  • Remote operated sectional door opener
  • Four 4′ fluorescent fixtures with timer
  • One 20 amp duplex receptacle**
  • One 30 amp receptacle eliminating the need for adapters


Each tenant has unlimited access to their unit:

  • 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week
  • One entry gate remote for each tenant
  • Driving in is easy:
    • 40-ft-wide entrance leading to an 80-ft-long driveway, giving you plenty of clearance from the street before entering the facility.
    • 80-ft-wide x 350-ft-long paved alley way for ease of maneuvering your big rig or boat into your unit.
    • Large area for hooking up or disconnecting your tow vehicles.
We know how hard it can be to navigate small roads with a Class A RV or large boat trailer. That’s why we are conveniently located just minutes from the I-85 and SC Hwy 14 exit.

  • 80 feet of off-street clearance to ensure your vehicle is completely out of traffic once you arrive
